A concert in a cloister, a performance in a heritage setting, an exhibition, an art installation, a festival or a cultural programme all require a balance between creation, production and respect for the space in which they take place.

At BEP Culture, we work at the intersection of programming, territory and production. The aim is not simply to install a stage or welcome an audience, but to create the conditions for the artistic proposal to be valued, with the venue contributing to the experience.

The Alentejo brings together heritage sites, squares, convents, castles, churches, rural settings and landscapes capable of hosting cultural programming at different scales. Each location, however, has its own constraints: access, acoustics, power supply, security, crowd flow, technical requirements, licensing, timings or heritage preservation.

It is precisely in managing these factors that coordination matters most.

We can oversee the definition of the format, relationships with artists and producers, technical production, build and strike, hospitality, ticketing, crowd flow, operational communication, catering, hospitality and the other partners involved.

Our approach seeks to preserve the artistic identity of each project, without losing the rigour needed to ensure that everything happening behind the scenes supports what the audience sees.
