Behind a major event, every detail depends on decisions made at the right time.

The greater the complexity of an event, the greater the need for a structure capable of linking concept, budget, people, suppliers, timing and operation.

BEP Management is the area dedicated to the overarching management and coordination of projects, particularly when an event involves several areas, numerous stakeholders or a high level of operational demand.

Our involvement begins with understanding the project: objectives, audience, budget, calendar, venue, constraints and the intended level of service. From there, we structure responsibilities, develop timelines, identify needs, coordinate partners and create the monitoring mechanisms required for delivery.

During preparation, we oversee decisions, suppliers, production, logistics and the evolution of the budget. On the ground, coordination takes on a central role: confirming set-ups, resolving unforeseen issues, ensuring communication between teams, tracking timings and making sure every party knows what to do and when to do it.

This area also makes it possible to integrate projects that span several of BEP's divisions. An event may simultaneously involve Corporate, Gastronomy, Wine, Culture and Sports. For the client, however, there should always be a single view of the project.

That is the principle behind BEP Management: reducing complexity for the client without simplifying what demands rigour behind the scenes.

Planning, control and responsiveness should not strip an event of its personality. They should allow it to happen.
