02Data collected

Through the website's forms — general contact, partnership proposal and Work With Us — we collect only the data you voluntarily provide: name, company or organisation (where applicable), e-mail, phone, location, category, website or social media (where applicable), area of interest, presentation or motivation and message.

03Purpose of processing

The data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare a proposal. It is not used for marketing purposes without your express consent.

04Legal basis for processing

Processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request and on the legitimate interest in responding to enquiries received. Where necessary, your consent will be requested.

05Data retention

Personal data received through contact enquiries is generally retained for a maximum period of 12 months after the last interaction, unless a longer retention period is necessary to comply with legal obligations, to exercise or defend legal rights, or where the enquiry leads to a contractual relationship. At the end of this period, the data is deleted or anonymised, where applicable.

06Recipients or service providers involved

We do not sell or disclose personal data to third parties. Data is shared with partners only when indispensable to the delivery of a project and with your knowledge.

To ensure the operation of the website and electronic communications, technology service providers are used which may process personal data on behalf of the data controller, namely Lovable, as the website's technology and hosting platform, Resend, as the transactional sending service for the website's forms, and Microsoft 365, as the e-mail service and destination mailboxes. These providers process data only to the extent necessary to deliver their respective services and in accordance with the applicable contractual and data protection terms. If new providers are integrated in future, this Policy will be updated before they are used.

07Rights of data subjects

Under the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time, where applicable.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD).

To exercise any of these rights, send a request by e-mail to geral@grupobep.pt or by post to the address shown above, stating which right you wish to exercise. You may be asked for additional information to confirm your identity.
