Outdoor sport turns its setting into an integral part of the event itself. Trails, reservoirs, country lanes, plains, hills and open landscapes make it possible to create races and experiences that combine physical activity, discovery of the territory and participation.

At BEP Sports, we conceive and coordinate sporting and nature events with particular attention to the route, safety, logistics and participant experience.

Trail running, hiking, cycling, mountain biking, endurance challenges, club gatherings or outdoor experiences all require careful planning. Routes, access, supply points, signage, assistance, checkpoints, team movement, safety, communication, medical support, catering, transport and conditions for participants and companions all need to be studied.

The scale of the Alentejo allows for very different formats, from small exclusive experiences to races with a larger number of participants.

Whenever necessary, we coordinate with local authorities, landowners, suppliers, technical teams and specialist partners, building an operation that respects the territory and the specific characteristics of each activity.

The event does not end at the finish line. Hospitality, gastronomy, accommodation, complementary activities and integration with the destination can turn a race into a broader, more attractive programme for participants, families, teams and sponsors.
